Panne momentanée Internet / Internet outage

Vers 15:08, nos équipements ont détecté une panne dans le réseau Internet qui fournit une partie du Canada. Celle-ci a affecté les services de téléphonie VoIP.

15:14:21 nous avons eu une confirmation que les services étaient fonctionnels pour tous nos clients.

Dans l'intervalle, grâce à l'une des stratégies de relève élaborée par notre équipe d'ingénierie réseau, en quelques minutes le trafic a été automatiquement dévié vers une autre passerelle réseau, contournant ainsi la panne.

At approximately 15:08, one of our equipments has detected an outage in the Internet network supplying part of Canada. This outage impacted the VoIP telephony services.

At 15:14:21 we got a confirmation that our services were operational for all of our customers.

In the meantime, as we have one of the backup strategy designed by our network engineering team, in a few minutes the trafic has been automatically rerouted to an other network gateway, bypassing the outage.
