Un fournisseur rencontre actuellement un problème affectant la messagerie SMS. La livraison des SMS sortants est impactée, et les SMS entrants peuvent également être affectés de façon intermittente. En raison du problème en cours, le fournisseur a mis en place un changement temporaire concernant le service d’authentification à deux facteurs (2FA) utilisé pour la connexion.

Les équipes de notre fournisseur ont identifié la cause racine de l’incident et travaillent activement à la restauration des services attendus.

A provider is currently experiencing an issue affecting SMS messaging. Outbound SMS delivery is impacted, and inbound SMS may also be intermittently affected. Due to the ongoing issue, the provider has implemented a temporary change to the two‑factor authentication (2FA) service used for login.

Our provider’s teams have identified the root cause of the incident and are actively working to restore the expected services.
