C'était une fausse alarme, il n'y avait pas de problème réel.

Nos développeurs ont remarqué que le problème affectait seulement les accès de l’équipe chez Bravad TI.

Les clients utilisant un autre protocole d’identification n'étant pas impacté par ce problème.

Nous nous excusons pour ceci. Nous avons ajusté nos outils de surveillance à l’interne pour identifier plus clairement le système touché.

It was a false alarm, there was no real problem.

Our developers noticed that the problem only affected the accesses of the Bravad TI team.

Customers using another login protocol weren't impacted by this issue.

Notre système de surveillance nous indique que les fonctions « JOUER » et « TÉLÉCHARGER » de notre outil https://voip.bravadti.ca donnant accès aux enregistrements des conversations téléphoniques rencontre actuellement un problème.

Il n'est donc actuellement pas possible de télécharger ou écouter une conversation pour le moment.

Nos développeurs travaillent activement pour résoudre cette problématique.

Our monitoring system indicate that there's currently a problem with the "PLAY" and "DOWNLOAD" functions of our tool https://voip.bravadti.ca which gives access to the recordings of telephone conversations.

Therefore, it's currently not possible to download or listen to a conversation.

Our developers are actively working to resolve this issue.
