Un de nos transporteurs a un problème avec les appels entrants pouvant donner lieu à une tonalité de signal occupé de façon intermittente. Nous avons aussitôt rapporté l'information à l'équipe NOC, responsable des escalations auprès des transporteurs. Le transporteur a localisé le problème et travaille actuellement sur la résolution.

One of our carriers has an issue with incoming calls that can result in an intermittent busy signal. We immediately reported the information to the NOC team, which is responsible for carrier escalations. The carrier has located the problem and is currently working on the resolution.
